As the saying goes, the concrete mixer is maintained in seven parts and repaired in three parts. Although the mixer is huge, its internal parts are very fragile. Only regular inspection and maintenance can extend the service life of the mixer. Some drivers in the daily maintenance of mixer will appear some improper operation.
1、 Daub butter
The main purpose of beating butter on the mixer is to lubricate it. Generally, butter is needed in the rotation, meshing and other places of the mixer. Some maintenance workers also put butter on the cylinder gasket to enhance the tightness of the engine. This is wrong. After the cylinder bolts are tightened, part of the grease will inevitably flow into the cylinder, and the residual grease will form a gap between the cylinder gasket, cylinder head and the plane of the engine block at high temperature, which will reduce the sealing performance.
2、 Do not change the oil for a long time
Changing engine oil is a point that many drivers tend to ignore. If the engine oil is added blindly for a long time, many parts of the engine will be lack of lubrication, and the wear will increase in the long run. During the operation of diesel engine, a lot of impurities will be absorbed into the engine oil. If the engine oil is not changed for a long time, it may cause problems such as Bush burning and axle holding.
3、 Open flame heating piston
Experienced repairmen know that the piston should be heated and expanded before installing the piston pin. In order to save trouble, some people directly use open fire to heat the piston. The correct way is to put the piston into the hot oil and heat it evenly.
4、 Use emery cloth to grind the bearing bush
It is difficult for inexperienced maintenance workers to master the scraping technology. Therefore, when replacing the bearing bush, in order to increase the contact area between the bearing bush and the crankshaft, someone uses abrasive cloth to grind instead of scraping the bearing bush. This method will make the hard particles on the abrasive cloth embedded in the bearing bush alloy, accelerate the wear of the journal during the operation of the diesel engine, and shorten the service life of the crankshaft.
